MongoHQ Raises $6M
MongoHQ, a provider of hosted MongoDB database service, has scored $6M for funding, the firm disclosed earlier this week. The firm--which has offices in Mountain View, and was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2011 class--said the round was led by Trinity Ventures. MongoDB is a NoSQL database used for big data analysis.
