Crossing Automation Acquired By Brooks Automation
Fremont-based Crossing Automation, a developer of automation tools for the semiconductor market, has been acquired by Massachusetts-based Brooks Automation. According to Brooks, the deal is worth $63M in cash. The company said that Crossing Automation had revenues of approximately $51M for the twelve months ended September 30, 2012.
