VirnetX Wins Patent Suit Against Apple
Patent holding firm VirnetX has scored a big win against Apple, after Apple was ordered to pay $368.2M to VirnetX over virtual private network technology. A federal jury in Tyler, Texas said Apple's FaceTime infringed on four VirnetX patents. Bloomberg reports that VirnetX is now seeking to block further use of its inventions at Apple, even as Apple attacked the verdict.
