CipherCloud Finds $30M
San Jose-based CipherCloud said this moring that it has raised $30M in a funding round, from Andreessen Horowitz, which will go towards expand its sales and marketing, including expanding in Europe. CipherCloud develops cloud-based, security tools to help protect cloud applications like Salesforce.com, Office 365, and others. John M. Jack of Andreessen Horowitz joins the company's board with the funding. CipherCloud's other investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Index Ventures and
T-Venture.
