Oodle Acquired By QVC
San Mateo-based Oodle, the online aggregator of classified ads, has been acquired by QVC. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Oodle said it was profitable and cash flow positive, but decided to sell to QVC to increase its growth rate. Oodle was venture backed by Greylock Partners, Jafco, and Redpoint Ventures.
