Trimble Acquires ALK Technologies
Sunnyvale-based Trimble said this morning that it has acquired ALK Technologies, a provider of mapping products for the transportation, logistics, and mobile workforce market. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Trimble said that ALK Technologies will become part of its Mobile Solutions segment. ALK Technologies was based in Princeton, NJ.
