Shape Security, a startup based in Mountain View developing advanced security tools, has raised $20M in a Series B funding. The firm said the round was led by Venrock, and also included Caufield & Byers, Allegis Capital, Google Ventures, TomorrowVentures and Enrique Salem (Symantec). Ray Rothrock of Venrock has joined the company's board. The firm said it has now raised a total of $26M for the company.
