M.dot Acquired By GoDaddy
Sunnyvale-based M.dot, a developer of a mobile app which lets small businesses create their own mobile websites using their iPhone, has been acquired by domain registration firm GoDaddy. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Go daddy said it has opened up a new office in Sunnyvale as part of the acquisition. M.dot was founded by Dominik Balogh and Pavel Serbajlo, and was venture backed by Floodgate, SV Angel and Archimedes Labs.
