Morta Security Secures First Funding Round
Palo Alto-based Morta Security said Wednesday that it has raised a new round of funding. The stealth mode, security software company said the funding came from Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, and Norwest Venture Partners along with angels Data Collective, Larry Link and Peter Wagner. Size of the funding round was not disclosed. Morta Security is led by Raj Shah; the firm said its founders have experience from the National Security Agency, US Air Force, and FDA.
