San Mateo-based
First To File, a developer of electronic document management systems used for the intellectual property industry, has been acquired by
CPA Global, a provider of IP software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to CPA Global, the acquisition will allow it to offer its clients, IP-specific, electronic document management systems. CPA Global is based in Jersey, Channel Islands.
