Cisco Completes Intucell Buy
San Jose-based Cisco said today that it has completed its acquisition of Israeli mobile network software firm Intucell. Intucell was based in Ra'anana, Israel. Intucell's software was used by mobile carriers to automatically manage and optimize cellular networks as those networks change. The deal was worth $475M in cash plus retention incentives. The acquisition had been originally announced in January 23rd.
