Cisco Completes Intucell Buy

Cisco
said today that it has completed its acquisition of Israeli mobile network software firm
Intucell
. Intucell was based in Ra'anana, Israel. Intucell's software was used by mobile carriers to automatically manage and optimize cellular networks as those networks change. The deal was worth $475M in cash plus retention incentives. The acquisition had been originally announced in January 23rd.
