creativeLIVE Gets $8M
creativeLIVE, an online, live video education and class site, said Monday that it has raised $8M in a funding round. The San Francisco and Seattle company announced that the round came from Creative Artists Agency (CAA), William Morris Endeavor (WME), CrunchFund and Google Ventures. Caterina Fake, the founder of Flickr, joins the company's board as part of the funding. creativeLive's courses include live classes on on photography, film, design, business and software, among other areas.
