Marin Software hit the markets this morning, after pricing at $14.00 per share last night, above its initial estimated IPO range of $11.0 to $13.00 per share. The firm, which is now trading on the NYSE as MRIN, was trading as high as $19.95 in morning trading. Marin Software is venture backed by Temasek, SAP Ventures, Benchmark Capital, Crosslink Capital, DAG Ventures, and Triangle Peak Partners. The company develops online advertising management software.
