Astrid Acquired By Yahoo
San Francisco-based Astrid, the developer of productivity software and to-do list applications, has been acquired by Yahoo, the firm announced Wednesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Astrid's team joins Yahoo's mobile team. Astrid was backed by Google Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, TMT Ventures, and AngelPad.
