Aruba Networks has acquired
Meridian Apps, a developer of Wi-fi based, indoor location services technology. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Aruba Networks said it will use the technology for wayfinding and context-aware advertising and marketing for hospitals, malls, stores, transport hubs, convention centers, museums and campuses, among other public facilities.
