Barracuda Networks Buys SignNow
Campbell-based Barracuda Networks said last week that it had acquired SignNow, a provider of mobile signature and document storage services. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Barracuda said that the buy would help strengthen its offerings in the cloud data storage area. SignNow was venture backed by Khosla Ventures and the Tech Coast Angels.
