AddToAny Acquired From Lockerz
AddToAny, which develops plug-ins for handling social sharing on Wordpress and Drupal, has been re-acquired by its founder, Pat Diven II. Diven, who is located in San Francisco, acquired AddToAny from Lockerz, which had acquired the company from him back in 2011. Financial details of the re-acquisition were not announced.
