Yahoo appears to be on quite an acquisition roll, saying Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired
Qwiki, a developer of mobile apps for sharing pictures, music, and video. Qwiki will join Yahoo's New York offices. Qwiki started in Palo Alto, and is backed by Contour Venture Partners, Lerer Media Ventures, Lightbank, Tugboat Ventures, as well as angels. The deal is reportedly worth $50M.
