Exar Buys Cadeka Microcircuits
Fremont-based Exar said this morning that it has acquired Cadeka Microcircuits, a developer of mixed signal semiconductors, including amplifiers, comparators, analog-to-digital converters and other related products. The deal was worth $29M in cash and stock, plus unspecified earn out. Cadeka Microcircuits was based in Loveland, Colorado.
