, which develops software to manage clinical trails, has raised $8.4M, the company said this morning. The Series A funding came from Sequoia Capital, and also included angels Aaron Levie, Nils Johnson, Zod Nazem, Zorba Lieberman and the Life Science Angel Network. Sequoia's Warren Hogarth joins the company's board with the funding.
