Reputation.com Buys MySocialCloud
Redwood City-based Reputation.com is announcing today that it has acquired cloud-based password management software firm MySocialCloud. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Reputation.com said it will use the buy to add a new platform, creative team, new capability, and customers to its portfolio. MySocialCloud was based in Los Angeles and co-founded by Scott Ferreira, 22, and Stacey Ferreira, 20, and Shiv Prakash, 27. The company was backed by Sir Richard Branson (Virgin), Jerry Murdock (Insight Venture Partners) and Alex Welch (Photobucket).
