Facebook Acquires Monoidics
Mountain View-based Facebook has acquired the assets of Monoidics, a UK-based developer of software verification and bug analysis tools. According to Facebook, it will use Monoidics' software as part of its mobile development process. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Facebook is hiring part of, but not all of the team at Monoidics.
