RichRelevance Buys Precog
San Francisco-based RichRelevance said Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire the assets of Precog, a developer of analytics technology and software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. RichRelevance says it has hired CEO John De Goes, as well as Precog's entire senior engineering team, as part of a new office in Boulder. Precog was part of TechStars Boulder.
