Graphicly Finds $1.3M For Publishing Software
Palo Alto-based Graphicly has raised $1.3M in funding for its publishing software, and named a new CEO. Graphicly said the funding came from DFJ Mercury Fund and Dundee Venture Capital. The funding came along with the appointment of David Fox as the company's new CEO; Fox was previously served at such firms as Catch.com, Eccogen, 7lbs, Confabb.com, Akamai, US Robotics, and others. Graphicly develops software which makes it easier for publishers to deliver their content on smartphones, e-book readers like the Kindle, tablets, the web, and Facebook, and is particularly geared towards graphics-heavy content.
