Canvas Venture Fund Closes Early Stage Software, Service Fund At $175M
Menlo Park-based venture capital investment firm Morgenthaler Technology Investment Company said this week that it has raised a $175M, early stage software investment fund called the Canvas Venture Fund, which will invest in early stage software and services companies. The new venture capital investor said it invests in sofwtare and services companies, in their series A or B rounds, at an investment size of $5M to $15M per company. The new fund is managed by Gary Little, Rebecca Lynn, and Gary Morgenthaler.
