Francisco Partners Invests In NexTech
San Francisco-based private equity investor Francisco Partners said this week that it has made a strategic investment in Tampa, Florida-based NexTech, a provider of electronic medical records, practice management, and marketing software for specialty physicians. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. The companies said that NexTech was advised by Raymond James and Holland & Knight LLP in the deal, with Francisco Partners receiving legal advice from Shearman & Sterling LLP.
