Barracuda Networks Sets IPO Pricing Range
Campbell-based network storage and security appliance provider Barracuda Networks has set an estimated IPO range, saying in a filing that it now is looking to offer up 4,140,000 shares of its common stock at between $18.00 and $21.00 per share. The firm has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as CUDA. Barracuda is venture backed by Francisco Partners and Sequoia Capital.
