Cisco Completes WHIPTAIL Buy
San Jose-based Cisco said this week that it has completes its acquisition of solid state memory systems maker WHIPTAIL. The deal was worth $415M in cash plus retention incentives. WHIPTAIL becomes part of Cisco's Computing Systems Product Group.
