SuVolta Raises $10.6M
Los Gatos-based SuVolta, a developer of CMOS-based, power saving technology for the semiconductor industry, said today that it has raised $10.6M in a funding round. The round came from Fujitsu Semiconductor, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, August Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Northgate Capital and DAG Ventures. Suvolta said its technology is being applied to semiconductors ranging from 90nm to 20nm.
