CircleCI Picks Up $6M
San Francisco-based CircleCI, a developers of software used for continuous integration of code, said Thursday that it has raised $6M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by DFJ. CircleCI is led by Paul Biggar, and develops software used for "continuous delivery", the method where software is rapidly delivered to customers without an extensive testing/debug cycle, and which related to the DevOps movement. The company said the funding comes on top of earlier funding from the founders of Heroku, Baseline Ventures and Harrison Metal
