ZenPayroll Finds $20M For Cloud Payroll Software
San Francisco-based ZenPayroll, which develops cloud-based software for managing payroll, has raised $20M in a Series A funding, the company said this morning. The funding came from General Catalyst Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. ZenPayroll is led by Joshua Reeves, and previously had been at Unwrap and Zazzle. The company raised $6.1M an angel/seed funding in 2012, and was part of YCombinator.
