DocuSign Expands In Latin America With Acquisition Of Brazil's Comprova
San Francisco-based DocuSign is kicking up its Latin American market outreach with an acquisition, of Brazilian firm Comprova, the company said this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. DocuSign said that Comprova is Brazila's leading digital signature platform developer. The funding comes just a week after a big, $85M funding round for DocuSign.
