San Francisco-based
WideOrbit, which develops advertising management software, has acquired French digital advertising software developer
Fivia. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to WideOrbit, the investment will help expand its offerings for major media companies. WideOrbit said Fivia's products are used to manage digital advertising sales, inventory, traffic, billing and revenue for such customers as Viacom, Time, USA Today, and Mashable, in addition to Orange, Canal+, and M6, among others.
