has acquired enterprise, bring-your-own-device (BYOD) management software provider

, Divide announced this morning, to help bolster Google's Android team. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Divide says it will continue to provide its products to its users after the acquisition. Divide--which was formerly known as Enterproid--is based in New York, and was venture backed by Google Ventures, Qualcomm, Comcast, and others.
