Vertical Communications Merges With Fulton
Santa Clara-based Vertical Communications, which provides business communications software and other related products, said this week that it has merged with Fulton, a systems integrator in the voice, data, and video area. Financial details of the merger were not disclosed. Fulton is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
