Redwood Shores-based Oracle said Friday that it has agreed to acquire LIveLOOK, a developer of real time co-browsing and screen sharing technology. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Oracle said that it is already using the co-browsing technology as part of the Oracle Service Cloud offering.
