Facebook Buys LiveRail
San Francisco-based Facebook has acquired video advertising company LiveRail, the two companies said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Facebook said it will use the acquisition to make its video ads better and more relevant to its users. LiveRail has 170 employees and is based in San Francisco.
