Particles Plus, a developer of particle measurement equipment with operations in Los Altos and Fremont, said yesterday that it has acquired handheld particle counter maker Airy Technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Airy was based in Orem, Utah, but is being moved to Stoughton, Massachusetts as part of the deal. Particles Plus has its headquarters in Massachusetts.
