LinkedIn said Tuesday afternoon that it has agreed to acquire
Bizo, a company which develops technology for display and social advertising. LinkedIn said it will pay approximately $175M, including 10 percent stock and 90 percent cash for Bizo. Bizo was based in San Francisco, and was founded by Russell Glass, Bryan Burdick, Donnie Flood, Mark Dye, Lee Byrne and Yonatan Stern. Bizo was backed by Crosslink Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners and Venrock.
