Fixed Finds $1.2M To Fight Parking Tickets
San Francisco-based Fixed, the developer of a mobile app to help people fight parking tickets, has raised $1.2M in a seed funding. The funding came from Y Combinator, Merus Capital, Scott Banister, John Cobbs, Mark Randolph, Matt Humphries, Eric Wu and David King. The company lets users take a photo of their parking ticket, input some other information, and the company handles contesting those parking tickets for users--charging 25% of the fine if those tickets are dismissed.
