ChargePoint Adds Energy Investor
Campbell-based electric vehicle charging network operator ChargePoint said this week that it has added Constellation Technology Ventures, the venture capital arm of Excelon Corporation, as an investor. According to ChargePoint, it has now raised nearly $114M in funding. ChargePoint's other investors are Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB), Braemar Energy Ventures, Siemens Venture Capital GmbH, Voyager Capital, BMW and Rho Ventures. ChargePoint operates a network of charging stations, and makes both hardware and software to help manage charging stations.
