Glu Mobile Buys Cie Games
San Francisco-based Glu Mobile, the developer and publisher of mobile and social games, said yesterday afternoon that it has acquired Cie Games, developer of the social/mobile game Racing Rivals. Glu said it would pay $100M for Cie Games, split between $30M in cash plus $70M in stock for the game maker. Cie Games also makes the game Car Town.
