Practice Fusion Buys Ringadoc
San Francisco-based electronic health records software developer Practice Fusion said this morning that it has acquired Ringadoc, a developer of a cloud-based telephone answering service for doctors. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Ringadoc was venture backed by FF Angel, Wavemaker Partners (Siemer Ventures), and Telegraph Hill Capital. Ringadoc allows doctors to access and respond to after hour messages via a web browser, Android or Apple apps.
