Meetyl Acquired By Glass, Lewis & Co.
San Francisco-based Meetyl, a developer of an online platform for connecting institutional investors with companies, has been acquired by research and technology services provider Glass, Lewis & Co.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Glass, Lewis & Co. services the institutional investor market, and is also based in San Francisco.
