DocuSign Gets $115M
San Francisco-based DocuSign, which offers up electronic signature software, said yesterday that it has raised $115M in a new funding round. The round brings the company's total raised to more than $230M. The new funding came from Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Recruit Holdings Co., and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp., along with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Accel Partners. DOcuSign is led by Keith Krach.
