C3 Nano Raises $12M For Nanomaterials
Hayward-based C3Nano, which is developing a nanomaterial-based, transparent conductive material aimed at the display and touch panel market, has raised $12M in a Series C funding, the company said this week. The funding was led by Nagas America Corporation, an un-named global industrial company, and GSR Ventures, Phoenix Ventures Partners (PVP), and Hongguo International Holdings Limited. The company said the funding will go towards market development. C3Nano is headed by Cliff MOrris, and is based on technology spun out of Stanford.
