Xtime, a developer of software for the auto dealership market, has been acquired by
Cox Automotive for $325M. Cox Automotive said it will use the buy to expand its suite of products aimed at helping automotive dealers run their businesses. XTime was venture backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Keating Capital, Lumia Capital, RPM Ventures, and Saints Capital, and had raised at least $26.0M in funding.
