Prezi Picks Up $57M For Presentation Software
San Francisco- and Budapest, Hungary-based Prezi, a developer of cloud-based presentation software, has raised $57M in a funding round. The funding came from Spectrum Equity, and also included Accel Partners. Spectrum Equity's Victor Parker joins the company's board as part of the funding. The company says it has over 50 million users using its presentation software, which competes head to head with Microsoft PowerPoint. Prezi is led by Peter Arvai.
