Stoke Acquired By Mavenir
Santa Clara-based telecom technology developer Stoke has been acquired by Mavenir, Mavenir said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Stoke had raised over $130M in funding from such backers as DAG Ventures, Focus Venture, Integral Capital Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, Net One Systems, Pilot House Ventures, Reliance Communications, and Sequoia Capital. Stoke developed LTE security gateways and other related technology.
