Trimble Acquires Nexala
Sunnyvale-based Trimble> said this morning that it has acquired Dublin, Ireland-based Nexala, a developer of software used for the rail transport industry. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Nexala's software is used by the rail industry for operations and maintenance and repair. Nexala becomes part of Trimble's Engineer and Construction arm.
